Where do you ship from?

 

Our products are digital, so we ship directly from our studio to your computer, anywhere in the world.

There's no physical warehouse—the second your payment is confirmed, your download is ready. No shipping costs, no waiting.


Can I change or cancel my order?


Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We are unable to offer changes, cancellations, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

We strongly recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing your order. Please ensure the sample packs you are purchasing are what you want, as you will gain instant access to the files upon payment.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. You can download your Tekno samples right away and start creating.

What if I don't receive my order?

 

You should have received your download links instantly! Please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email inbox thoroughly, including your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

  2. Search your email for messages from "Tekno Library" or the store name.

  3. If you still can't find it, please contact us directly at contact@teknolibrary.org

    with your order number and we will resend the links immediately!


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

 

No. Since you are purchasing a digital product (a downloadable file), there are no physical goods being shipped across international borders. Therefore, you will never be charged customs duties, import taxes, or any other international shipping fees.

 

How do I return an item?

What if the files I downloaded are incorrect or not working?

We strive for perfection, but sometimes technical glitches happen. If the files you downloaded are corrupted, incorrect, or you're having trouble accessing them, please contact us immediately at contact@teknolibrary.org.

Please include your order number in your message. We will promptly investigate the issue and send you new, working download links to get you back to creating as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my refund?

 

Due to the immediate and non-returnable nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for downloaded sample packs. We encourage you to listen to the demo tracks and read the product description carefully before purchasing.

However, if you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us to discuss your case. If a refund is exceptionally granted, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
